Dominique Lomuljo

After graduating from SJSU with a Bachelor of Arts in 2008, Dominique pursued her two passions - Dance and Teaching - and became a Professor of Dance at her Alma mater. Her expertise allows her to teach all levels of Jazz, Modern, Improvisation Techniques, Ballet and continues to choreograph for University Dance Theater, SJSU's contemporary modern dance program. She danced nine seasons for sjDANCEco., performing historical repertory works by Jose Limon including "Mazurkas", Missa Brevis", "There is a Time", and "The Waldstein Sonata". Other artists Dominique has worked with are Kara Davis, Benjamin Levy, Scott Wells, Robert Dekkers, Mark Foehringer, Mike Esperanza, and Gary Masters. Dominique currently dances with REACH BC Dance Company under the directors, Heather Cooper and Raphael Boumalia. Dominique's performance time coincides with her time as teacher and choreographer for Conservatory for Contemporary Dance Arts- a modern/contemporary college preparatory dance company. Dominique is an avid teacher all throughout the Bay Area, using her innate abilities to inspire students and fellow dancers alike to pursue their passion for the art of dance.
